The Host canceled the booking 2 days before departure. Booked July 14, 2025, for August 1-3, 2025. HOST cancelled reservation less than 24 hours before he was suppose to deliver the Unit! Outdoorsy said, “Book again” Really!! All units were booked for my dates! All I could do was complain! So all night I wrote emails hoping someone would help The Host who cancelled had done this many times before but was still on the site!!! Outdoorsy’s Help Staff finally did find me a unit and they delivered but it was much smaller and they wanted to charge me more. That being handled it was EXTREMELY STRESSFUL to have to go through that experience! I’ll think twice before renting from them again! Be sure to read the Host Reviews before renting!!!!

Everything was pristine on this RV. All tools and supplies that were needed were available and in new condition.

We really enjoyed the trailer! It was new, clean, and comfortable. Stephen was very helpful and responsive in answering any questions before and during the trip. Pickup and drop-off was flexible and simple. The trailer is well stocked and had everything we could have needed for our trip.
