Sergio explained how everything worked in great detail and made sure that everything was working properly before we took off on our adventure. Our family loved the RV and would absolutely rent it again.

After only driving the RV 68 miles to be exact there was one tire blow out and one tire flat on the same side, Upon inspection from the repair technician he said the wires were out and the outer tire was bald. Then 100 miles later the metal frame came off on the grapevine on the 5fwy. I cant believe outdoorsy endorses this RV in its condition but even more horrific was that the host rented this out knowing I was traveling with my children. When the tire blew out we were stuck on the fwy for 4.5 hours. My autistic daughter was in crisis and he was all of 40 min away and never even offered to come help us get to a safer location or tow his RV back home. My main point is I would feel horrible if another family fell victim to this situation. Dispute is on going. This is RV is being held together by zip ties and duct tape, be careful.

Sergio was so helpful and ran us through everything before we left. we had a few questions during our trip and he was super helpful. I highly recommend. his RV was so much fun and created fun family memories

Sergio was great! Very friendly and helpful. Wt did have a few issues with the RV while on our trip. We noticed lots of ants when we began driving. They were all over the driver and passenger spots. Additionally, we lost the generator one day into our trip- even a mobile rv repair tech couldn’t fix it. That made camping in 95° weather very uncomfortable. Those two hiccups aside, we everything was fine.

We had a great week with the RV. A bit loud on the interstate - but that's to be expected. Perfect size for our family and our kids, thoughtfully stocked, and Sergio was wonderful!

We rented this vehicle for a weekend trip, and it was a rough experience. The ride was incredibly loud and rickety — we actually had to stuff paper towels into gaps just to cut down the noise. A part on the inside even fell off while driving and hit my wife, which was pretty alarming. One of the rear tail lights was also out.

I am sorry you had an unpleasant experience. I have already replaced the tail light bulb, repaired the loose part that fell, and lower the noise as much as I could.
