They were very helpful and informative with information regarding the RV. Had everything provided as pictured and then some. Easy and convenient pickup/drop off. Nice and clean inside, had everything needed for cooking. Roomy bathroom was a plus as well as good sized bunks. Our family had a great time camping with this one!
