Sara and Mike were very responsive and communicative. The RV was clean and serviced. Unfortunately, the refrigerator never got below 50 degrees and we had a scare when the emergency break wouldn't release--twice. Both incidents were reported and I'm confident they will be fixed before the next trip. We loved the bed and bathroom capabilities. Overall, a good choice for us.
