Mark was a great communicator and helped us through our first RV trip. We only had a minor hiccup when the AC froze up due to humidity (common in Florida summers), and ants which I easily fixed day 1 with ant bait. We took the RV all the way up to Eastern TN and back safely with no major mechanical issues! The price was fair also. Pet friendly :)

The Rv was perfect travel for my mom thats had strokes and can't walk.Mark was very nice the Rv was clean and well maintained.Thanks again Mark we will rent again.

I returned this RV the day after I picked it up due to the MOLD on the pillows and linens, the inside furniture was cracked which were not shown in the listing photos. I wasn't shown anything beyond were he keeps the hoses. I didn't know how to turn on the propane especially while driving to keep the food cold, nor how to operate the awning, the generator, nothing about how to empty the gray/black sewage tanks, I mean I wasn't shown one thing! I spent an entire day cleaning his RV and trying to watch Youtube videos on how to operate this RV. Unsuccessfully because I couldn't find his model. There was left over garbage from past guests in drawers, the front seats are dirty and cracked unlike his photos they have smelly dirty seat covers on them. There weren't any instructions nor manuals anywhere on the vehicle and his tires PSI was off on 3 of his tires a dangerous amount. The ONLY REASON I picked it up was because I had reservations for my 2 week rental and a vacation with family and friends. I thought I could clean it enough and figure it out but it was just too overwhelming to the point I lost all the money on campground reservations & supplies.

I really enjoyed using Mark’s Service at Punta Gorda RV Rentals. The RV was clean and well maintained. I. had a few glitches. They were minor. The refrigerator was very, very cold no matter what setting in the freezer didn’t work, but that’s OK. Everything else stayed really cold lol. The rearview camera took some getting used to. I had a couple of lights that popped on during the drive chatted with Mark and got things fixed and figured out very easily. Driving this RV was easier than I thought it was gonna be.

We had a great experience with the RV and the host Mark. He was very welcoming as well as genuine. The whole process was easy and he was a great help along the way. The RV was a beast on the road and everything worked as states. I even texted Mark off business hours during our trip and he responded promptly. Good company, I would recommend and We would definitely rent from Mark again.

We had a great experience renting from Punta Gorda RV. The RV was clean and fully equipped. This was our 1st time RVing and the C-class was perfect for us to learn the ropes.

This RV fit my family of 4 comfortably for a LONG road trip (over 5k miles). Its size was perfect to fit into all the spots we were trying to visit along the way. The RV worked exactly as it should, it drove fine and everything worked great. It had tons of storage. I would recommended dealing with Punta Gorda Rentals, Mark was a great guy to rent from. Rent it and go make those family memories!

Mark was very friendly, laid back, and easy to deal with. The RV seemed to be well maintained and drove nicely. He answered all of our questions and even questions about the other types of RVs he has to rent, for the next time we decide to travel. We will definitely be going back to rent from Mark!
