The RV looked exactly as described and was very drivable. Unfortunately there were issues with the toilet seal that began on the 2nd day and was totally unusable after the 3rd. Host didn't respond to initial inquiries until a few days before trip and when I tried to push for a full walk through he just kept referencing the video he had shared. Host also kept trying to communicate over texts, not the official app. I ended up cutting my trip short and discouraged about future trips. perhaps someone with a lot of RV experience would have a better time once repairs are done.

Host is a very solid, honest and easygoing young man. The RV was clean drove very nice. If I don’t buy one, I would absolutely rent from Mark again.

Our host was fantastic! He communicated on a timely basis and helped us when we needed it!
However Outdoorsy kept our money from a cancellation, we obviously didn’t rent two RVs. In the same day.
2nd we had a dead battery and it took 24 hours for a reply! Inexcusable! It resulted in us not taking the RV to our destination. Our history solved our issue in a timely fashion.

Great trip, RV was clean and ready to go for the 4 of us. Slept us perfectly! Everything worked as expected. Mark was great!

Overall the RV was nice and Mark was generally easy to work with. However, there were problems with the RV batteries that required three trips to Napa, including the RV batteries dying after being parked for only 2 hours at dinner. Also, the radio didn't work, so you had to stream, which isn't the worst thing, but notable.

Mark was an amazing host. RV was clean and working perfectly for our trip. Mark was quick and responsive to all the questions we had. Everything in the RV worked great and it was the perfect vehicle for our baseball stadium tour! Will definitely rent again from Mark!

Mark was very flexible with times and responsive. We ended on the Coachman leprechaun - highly recommend!
