Gurdev was a great host. Communication was excellent, he accommodated our pickup and drop-off times, and the van was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. He took the time to explain everything, making our Yosemite and Bass Lake trip easy and enjoyable. Waking up in the rooftop bed surrounded by the forest overlooking the lake was definitely a trip highlight.
The only issue was a tire that slowly lost air. Gurdev was very responsive, but the roadside assistance included in the insurance package we purchased through outdoorsy was a frustrating experience. The first technician couldn't replace the tire, which forced us to change our plans and cost us a day of our trip before a second technician quickly resolved the issue.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely rent from Gurdev again.

It was a fun trip. our first time renting the RV. it takes a bit getting used to the driving. the RV was in great shape, very clean and everything worked as expected

My family and I enjoyed our trip to Lassen in the van. Easy to drive, everything works great. Mattress was comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone that is interested in a fun and hassle free experience.
