We had a great experience renting this RV. The setup is clearly divided: Mike acts as the host/manager for the listing (he is a full-time RVer himself traveling the US in his own rig), while Victor is the actual owner of this RV who handles the pickup and drop-off.

We had a fantastic trip driving down the coast with our twins, and overall, the RV experience was great! The vehicle drove well with no mechanical issues, though the brakes were a bit spongy and took some time to get used to. It fit well into most parking spots/lots throughout the trip. The 4 chairs included in the price were helpful for outdoor lounging during the trip and access to them was appreciated :)The RV was comfortable and had all the expected amenities, making our trip enjoyable. One minor issue was that the black water tank sensor consistently showed it as 2/3 full, even when empty, which made it tricky to gauge actual levels. I was disappointed that the BBQ grill (optional add on) was not clean, as I had already purchased items to grill. We decided against using it. I would advise to check it when you pick up the RV and leave it with the owner if it is not in usable condition.

It was a great experience with Mike the host and Zack the pickup and drop-off coordinator. They responded quickly for all the questions that I had. Clean vehicle, patient hosts, smooth rental experience.

A year waiting vacation become a nightmare no heater or hot water working we have to use our electric water boiler to heat up for our seven month old baby , owner gave us the RV with no water that's why we couldn't check the water and of course he came after our deposit so pretty much if you're planning a trip give your deposit a goodbye kiss because you will never going to see a penny of it .

Khatan,This Mike the owner we spoke on the phone and you were completely dishonest about the damages you had caused and seemed to distort facts. Water our guests request only 10 gallons so they save money on gas. The water heater you had opened and caused damages. This rv was only posted this past summer and you claimed you booked a year prior. The damages you caused to the body amd, water heater you never paid and your insurance also agreed you were not being honest. We go above and beyond for your trip and damages you caused forced us to bring in for repairs. We are small business owners and expect damages from inexperienced drivers, however being dishonest and blaming us for your mistakes than disappearing for the damages is bad karma. I would reccimend getting hotel in future if just had infant and not blame others for poor planning.
