Camper was in good condition aside from a vile smell in the bathroom. We let the hosts know and they insisted on coming to check it out. It wasn't necessary, we figured out pretty quick it was because we removed some scent beads from under the sink in the bathroom, so I'm pretty sure they're aware, they just can't locate the smell, hence the beads.

I’m sorry you feel your stay was unsatisfactory. I did ensure to thoroughly clean the camper before pickup and everything was in excellent condition. As for the smell I assure you it wasn’t there upon pickup because we did a walkthrough and was told everything looked good by the customer picking it up. We did offer to come investigate said “vile” smell and was denied access because I would assume that you were at a different location than what was talked about in conversation before pickup and was taken to a Festival instead. I do agree that beds in a camper are not luxury but we do encourage our guests to bring their own bedding as we do not supply any. Also upon inspection and cleaning after drop off the black tank was 2/3 full and there was a ring of urine underneath the toilet seat and we did charge a dumping fee of $60 to dump as that was not done before drop off.
