this was my second time renting from them and this time was a disaster because the generator kept going out at 110 degrees literally the whole day while in arizona we was hot very hot my son had asthma and was coughing and out of breath I had to let him sit up in front ! also we drained the waste and still smelled really bad in the bathroom all the 4 days we had it!

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience, but we would like to clarify a few things. Regarding the generator, my husband spoke with you by phone and explained how to reset it. We also followed up by message asking if you were still having problems and specifically offered to send someone to Campland to look at it, but received no response. No sewage or bathroom odor was reported to us during the rental, so we were never given an opportunity to address it.Unfortunately, the RV was due back at 3 PM but was not returned until approximately 11:30 PM, despite multiple attempts to contact you. It was returned with a broken exterior ladder and refrigerator door, broken bunk beds, stained bedding/beds, red dye stains on doors, sand throughout the RV, and unpaid mileage and generator overages. We have documentation, messages, call records and photos from the rental.

Communicated well, easy to navigate the RV, was my first time driving an RV and was easy to handle. Cooking breakfast was easy in the camper. Eggs, bacon, and homemade biscuits!

Great trip, reliable and roomy, great sleeping accommodations! Hosts were communicative and supportive with any questions or concerns!

The host was consistently transparent and readily accessible, making communication seamless. The RV comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 4 kids, and came thoughtfully stocked with essentials—including cutlery, plates, Clorox, a table, camping chairs, and more. Overall great experience.

Great RV. Comfortably fit 5 teenagers and 2 adults. Could easily fit 8-10 with kids, etc. Great communication. Well equipped. Definitely would rent again.
