The RV was great and exactly as expected, plus some extra surprises by the host. Great communication with Brett. There wasn't anything I needed or missed from home, the RV had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your RV with us!

the RV that I rented needed a $500 security deposit. When the RV was Returned I am being told one of the blinds was broken....we didn't use the blinds, and unfortunately we did not KNOW to check the blinds. So am I now going to lose my $500 security deposit? I spoke to the man that picked up the RV for return and he said that everything looked fine. Finally I reserved 2 RV's from Outdoorsy in Nov 2023. 5 days before our vacation was to begin I get a text saying the reservation was cancelled. No even a call to make sure I got it. We were coming from Philadelphia to Pigeon Forge. A long way to drive to find out we didn't have an RV waiting for us. Lastly, my money was held 8 months!!!!!!!! When trying to find another replacement I was told that Outdoorsey would assist me. I called and the NON assistance I was given was for me to look at the other RV's on the website. There was no assistance. Also since they had my money for 8 months, I asked if I could find another RV and it would be slightly higher (belive me I didn't want to spend any more money then I had to) in cost would Outdoorsy cover the difference. I was told, NO WE WILL NOT ASSIST WITH THE DIFFERENCE!!!! I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. Will not use or recommend Outdoorsy again.

Camper was great. Everything you need is in this camper. If we go to Pigeon forge again I will rent this camper.Very pleased

We were a little worried because our rv rental cancelled on us just a few weeks before the trip. Fortunately, we were able to rebook with Brett and couldn't have lucked up with a better host. He thought of every little thing. Highly recommend!

The RV was everything our family needed for a stay near GSMNP. Brett was an amazing host who left the trailer stocked with all the right things for campsite adventures and potentially rainy days. We will absolutely book from them again!
