I had a great experience overall. Apart from some minor issues with the trailer, everything was great! Amber was very responsive and helpful when I reached out to her, and provided quick feedback to my questions.

This was our first time renting a trailer and our girls first camping trip and it could not have gone better. Amber was so easy to work with and was available to answer any questions I had. The trailer was the perfect size for our family of 4 (could have easily fit 5) and had everything we needed. The BT speakers were great, there were plenty of camp chairs and we used their fishing poles and caught some trout. We will definitely be camping again soon.
