Great van that worked perfect for our family outing. Hope to find a reason to rent again someday.

Booked this for a family vacation to the beach. we wanted to start the vacation from the beginning with a road trip and not just all show up at the same place. My family had an amazing time. The kids played games, music, watched movies and created bonds that would have been missed traveling in multiple vehicles or flying. This was a great choice. The other half of my family rented a regular passenger van, which everyone referred to as the church van. so we were hands down the coolest family showing up like celebrities! Everyone wanted to ride in the cool van with us and not the church van. I only have one regret...I forgot to take photos of the memories made in the van. This was a great family experience. The vehicle itself was clean, reliable, and cool. We had no issues at all and the host (JD) was amazing to work with. We look forward to booking our next family road trip with JD.

We had an excellent experience renting the Sprinter van from JD. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The pickup and return process was quick and easy, and communication throughout the rental was outstanding. The van drove great and made our trip comfortable and stress-free. I would definitely rent from JD again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality Sprinter van rental.

Took my senior parents to Marietta, Georgia for a family gathering. They would not have been able to make the trip in comfort had it not been for the Sprinter van.

There were some operational issues primarily out of JD’s control and due to service not being properly done the day prior. JD was quick to bring us a replacement vehicle, despite it being a Saturday afternoon with rain and traffic. He kept in communication with us throughout to make sure we were satisfied. I have to give 5 stars because customer service is huge and JD went to whatever extent necessary to make the experience as best as possible.

JD was phenomenal. He was willing to work with our group and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. We used this van for a running relay and it was perfect. So comfortable, easy to lean back the seats and sleep in, and amazing amenities onboard. The van was easy to drive and we loved the TV and Apple CarPlay.

We had a party of 10 going to from Texas to Florida The kids had plenty of space for their car activities. Plenty of luggage space was definitely a plus with so many people! We didn’t want the row seats that you find in some sprinter vans and the captain chairs didn’t disappoint, everyone has their own space. Most of the seats lay nearly flat, which was a lifesaver on a 22 hour drive! The van handles well and the ride is smooth, just be careful if you hit a storm with high winds. The host is super nice and professional. The free fuel option made selecting this van a no-brainer. We will rent again.

Family trip to Big Bend was lovely riding this rig. We had some shade/ blind issues and a headlight issue but was reimbursed for the inconvenience which was nice. The space for everyone on a long tripods the trip extra epic! Would rent again from JD!

The Sprinter van was a reliable and comfortable ride for the trip to Talladega. It handled the highway well, offered plenty of space for passengers and gear, and made the long drive feel easy. Great choice for group travel and road trips.
