We had a good experience camping with Paige. Her RV is very clean and communication was easy. We opted for the drop off option which presented with some challenges in her schedule. We accommodated her by arriving early and staying late. Make sure you get the exact drop off, pick up, and dump fees in writing. Outdoorsy refunded us for an additional fee that was probably a misunderstanding. Paige will not budge an inch to acknowledge your helping with anything extra. (thus, the 4 star rating- Thank goodness for Outdoorsy!) All in all a great experience though. You will love this camper! It's very clean and easy to use. Lots of personal touches and it's very homey feeling.
