Had to cancel booking RV that was reserved was totally destroyed by tree damage. Total loss had two unit units available for customer. One was too small. The other was too large so we had no choice.

Communication with host was excellent; very quick to respond and helpful. Directions were clear on pickup process. The trailer was clean and well equipped for our weekend camping trip. Unfortunately, we had an accident with a tree brushing the awning in the campground which caused some damage. The Outdoorsy Claim Department was responsive in the process. Despite the minor incident, we would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

The RV was is great condition; clean and ready to use. It was exactly what we needed. Steve was great to work with and was quick to respond. I can't wait to rent it again.

Steve had everything ready to go for us! The camper was very clean and in perfect condition! We would definitely rent this unit again!
