Trailer was fine. But host is unwilling to honor their own "moderate" cancellation policy.

The cancellation policy doesn't apply once you already took delivery of the RV, which is why Outdoorsy did not refund your money. I rescheduled your reservation free of charge with only 24 hour notice the first time, and you brought a truck that couldn't tow the trailer to the second reservation then brought it back covered in mud. In the future take responsibility for your failure to prepare and plan for your trip.

Bryan provided a fantastic experience for our family! This was our fiest time renting a camper and we had everything we needed and more. The toyhauler had solar, propane, and a generator for all our power needs! Bryan went above and beyond answering all our questions and preparing it fully so we could get right onto our adventure! We had more than enough room for our family of 3 and two dogs (and their large cages). The bed was so comfortable and the shower and bathroom spacious! The fireplace was enjoyed each night - cannot say enough wonderful things! We would (and plan to) rent from Bryan again - top notch experience!!!
