This is the second time I have rented from Carter. I plan to rent from him the same week next year. He is familiar with the venue, communicates great, and is just an overall professional. It's nice to be able to count on having a comfy place to stay. I will give 2 thumbs up to the queen mattress.

The camper was clean and as described! We had a wonderful time and it was perfect for our family of 5. Carter was a wonderful host and really went the extra mile for us!

The RV was awesome! Plenty of sleeping space for our family and lots of extra things included (ex: camp chairs, toaster, pillows/blankets). Carter was a great host, too! We would definitely rent this again.
