Eric was very nice but this 5th wheel has seen way better days. the AC worked and the bed was comfortable and the full size fridge was a plus. The list of things wrong with the camper is long. mushy floor in the bathroom and wet carpet in the bedroom were the worst. main control panel was disconnected so you had to use the controls in the storage area. dishwasher didn't have a basket to even use it. no handle to open the freezer. the faucet hose won't retract. and finally the upholstery in the living room area. camper upholstery tends to crack and peel. these couches and recliners didn't have much left to peel off. they had covers over them but we had to use the hide a beds revealing the mess underneath. I told Eric when he came to pick up the camper i wasn't sure how he could rent the camper to anyone else in good faith.

The 5th wheel was great, nice and clean. Our host was amazing and very attentive to our needs. Always responded immediately to any questions that we had.

We had an amazing experience renting a travel trailer from Eric! Our trip to Tennessee was everything we hoped for, and the RV played a big part in making it so enjoyable. The trailer was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Eric was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and super thoughtful. He made sure we had all the essentials (and more!) to have a stress-free and fun getaway. We’d absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great RV rental experience!

Highly recommend Eric as your host. If I could give him a 6 star rating I would. His 5th wheel was extremely clean and comfortable. More importantly, he was a fantastic host. The rig was promptly set up and waiting for us upon arrival. I had zero issues with the unit. He made special accommodations for us when he did not have to. I will be contacting him without a doubt and renting from him again on our next trip and would recommend him to anyone needing a 5th wheel in that area. Cant thank you enough, Eric.

The exceptional customer service we received from the moment we inquired about the RV was outstanding. Eric was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about ensuring our trip was seamless.
