1. When we arrived, we could not close the front door. We had to repair it. 2. Inside, the refrigerator & Freezer had dirt and black mold. 3. On the countertops behind a fake plant, there were dead bugs. There was dust and dirt in the corners. 4. Cabinet door in bedroom and under double beds the panels kept falling out if you opened them. 5. The bed that is shown on the floor plan is NOT the actual bed. You cannot walk around this bed and the cabinet hangs very low over the bed making it impossible to sleep under it. 6. No king size bed. Mattress only placed over a smaller bed frame and hangs over 14” on the right side. 7. No blinds on the two door windows and the one kitchen window even though there was hardware for it. Had to tape bags over them for privacy. 8. No hot water Saturday to late Monday afternoon. 9. Kitchen sink tank was full so the kitchen sink would not drain. I reached out to Zach who told me I would have to drain it. I had to disassemble the entire RV drain hose(s) and reconfigure them to drain the kitchen holding tank both on Sunday and again on Thursday and then re-assemble them. They were not connected properly and did not have the required fittings and hose to make proper connections. 10. No outside kitchen range grate. 11. There was a Kitchen sink drain leak. 12. No DVD player.
When we sent actual pictures and comments to the host, he became extremely rude and insulting. It was apparent that he didn’t even bother looking at the pictures we sent.

Had a wonderful time . Anytime we needed to get a hold of Zach , he got right back with us . The trailer was great, too . Definitely will book with Zach again .

Was a great weekend. Rental was easy and convenient. Rig was set up ahead of schedule and owners had great communication through the rental time. Highly recommend!
