Overall we had a great experience renting this trailer from Jacob and would definitely consider renting again from him. The trailer was clean at pick up. Everything was explained to us. There was an issue with the fridge prior to the rental that Jacob was open and honest about it and gave us the option to cancel without penalty, we decided to move forward with the rental.
On arrival to our destination we discovered there was no ladder for top bunk access which was a bit hard, but we made it work. The outside LED lights did not turn on which was tricky when you’re camping in the middle of the dark wilderness.
The king bed slide out was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom has ample room. Descending top bunk worked well for our family needs this trip.
Once the few things get fixed up, this is easily a 5 star rental. A pleasure working with you, thanks again!

Very nice toy hauler!! So clean and comfortable! It made for a very enjoyable trip. Definitely looking forward to renting it again.

my first outdoorsey rental and Jacob made it a breeze! Trailer was perfect for our needs and the hitch set up was very easy. Definitely rent this unit again!

This trailer was just what we were looking for. The hitch system was a breeze to set up and the trailer had everything we needed for a boon-docking remote camping spot. The bedding was clean and comfortable and towels were fresh and clean as well. The dual battery with roof top solar made the trip a breeze. I barely ran my generator to keep the fridge running at the right temperature. I’d highly recommend renting from Jacob. Thanks for sharing your Jayco with us !

This was our 3rd time using outdoorsy to rent a trailer and this toyhauler was by far the best one. Easy to pickup and drop off, great communication from the host. The trailer was clean inside and out. Highly recommend.

Had good communication with Jacob love his trailer hitch was easy set up and had all the Essentials if needed Heater work great also my first time Dumping the Tanks and was very easy so we had an awesome trip thank you again.
