Everything went well from communication and expectations to on time delivery to pick up. I’d recommend!About the trailer itself: This kind of hybrid trailer is a smart design IMO. It’s a 25’ (I remember correctly) regular hard sided trailer but then there’s 3 fold down canvas tent sleeping platforms. We had 3 adults so each of had our own spacious “sleeping pod” area. Each had a double size bed, zip down covers over the mesh windows, light source, a privacy curtain on a track, and power outlet nearby or in the pod. We used their blankets to add extra padding below our sleeping bags (because we’re used to our cushy ExPed mattresses for tent camping) Two medium to smaller adults might be comfortable sharing one of the more open access pods but not the back one with a smaller opening and more privacy. When it’s only 1 person per pod you have plenty of space for your clothing bag, backpack, book, whatever. Trailer’s sink and frig are larger in size than others I considered too. Appreciated the delivery/pickup!

Arrived late for drop off, Arrived a day early for pick up. I was unaware of the very limited power supply and water tank size until the drop off day. We ended up departing a day earlier without refund. You absolutely need full hook ups to use this RV. Does not offer a generator! Not a good experience.
