Tammy was very kind and thorough. She met us promptly both on pick up and return. The trailer met our needs nicely and we had a great vacation

When we picked up the unit there was no water in the tanks. We found out when we got to the campsite that when the generator wasn't running there were no lights, pumps. etc. Battery wouldn't take over and we couldn't figure out the magic formula to make it happen. Owner assured us the battery was good and indicator showed such, but no lights. And the owner wasn't much help since they had never used the camper except with full hook ups. There was no bathroom tissue-not even one roll- and no bathroom towels even though I had been assured that full linens were provided. All in all the experience was only one step above sleeping in a tent. Cat hair and cat toys left around.
