James was a great owner and showed us pretty much everything we needed to know as 1st time RV 'ers!
He responded quickly when we had a minor water tank overflow issue!

The RV was perfect for two adults. Comfy bed, climate control & well insulated against noise at night. Drives like a pickup truck. James was fantastic! He took time to teach and prepare us and was always reachable with answers to our questions. They also stocked the camper with tons of useful items. Thank you so much. Would definitely rent from James again.

Our RV trip from WI to TN and SC was amazing. James was very knowledgeable about the RV and also very easy going. He was easy to communicate with, and we felt at ease handling all of the in's and out's of the RV while traveling.

James and his wife were excellent at helping us get through our first RV experience. The citation was in great shape and it was perfect for us. They had the basics in it for us already so that was also very helpful! I 100% would rent from James again!

The RV was everything it was advertised to be. James was extremely helpful, his wife had the rv prepared for us, sheets, blankets, and all. The invited us to use anything that was in the camper, and were very gracious upon returning it a little later. My kids and I were really grateful for their hospitality, and I would not hesitate contacting them again.

We rented this RV for trip to northern Wisconsin and the Michigan UP, driving over 700 miles in a 6 day period (3 different parks). Bottom line, my family of 4 loved having this vehicle as our home base in our first RV experience. Lots of great memories were made and this RV was at the center of it all.Pros:
1) Super easy to drive. This was my first experience driving an RV and the learning curve was about 2 minutes. The RV handles like a large van or small U-Haul truck. Acceleration and braking are excellent. Visibility in the cab is excellent and the backup/side cameras help with safety.
2) Above average fuel economy. We got about 14-15 mpg from the diesel turbo engine and could easily drive 65-70 mph.
3) Newness. This RV is basically brand new and is well maintained/clean. No visible wear and tear.
4) Owner. The owner, James, made the experience very easy. He spent 30-45 minutes at the pickup to walk us through all of the controls and systems for the RV. As a first-timer, this was invaluable. He also checked in with us periodically throughout the rental.
5) Modern Tech. This RV has many modern convenience like a central touch screen control panel, USB chargers, built in DVD, in dash Nav, three flatscreen TVs, zoned speakers and more.Cons:
1) Limited Storage. I will admit that we packed way too much camping gear and brought it along in a second minivan that was part of our entourage. There is no way we could have fit it all in the RV, since it has limited open storage in the wheel well compartments and the owner also has the RV stocked with some kitchen gear and bedding (which we basically didn't use since we brought our own). Suggest you coordinate w/ the owner on what you want in the RV for your rental vs. don't need.
2) Water Pump/Supply. We experienced an issue with the water pump and water tank supply that worked itself out in less than a day but caused a little hiccup in the trip. I'm sure it will be investigated.
3) Fresh water input and gray/black waste tank outputs are all in the same compartment. Seems kind of gross but you can at least store the fresh water hose in a separate compartment. IMO, bad design by Thor.
