Communication for check in and check out were good. We were not able to check Lauren in in perso as we had to go to the airport but we were available at all times via phone for any questions or concerns . At check out Lauren had to leave early in the morning so we could not do the final walk around together. she did text me that the main key broke in half when she tried to lock the coach. She also mentioned that the toiled wouldn flush correctly which we found that there was way too much toiletpaper in the septic. We also found a animal type odor in the 2nd bedroom we took 2 to 3 days of extra cleaning . Otherwise Lauren and her family were good guests, kept the unit clean. Would host her again.

We used to RV to go to my daughter’s graduation! It was the ideal way to travel with the whole family ! We had plenty of room and could move around some while traveling which was a lot more relaxing than a car !

The owners were very knowledgeable and accurate with descriptions. The best of communication. Easy delivery and pick up. The owners even gave driving do’s and don’t while hitched.

Terrible! Extremely overpriced as the normal rental range for a regular Uber X vehicle or Uber Comfort or Uber Green 260-400. They call you earlier than your payment time but regardless of that they call you like spam. They don’t put new tires on their car and wipers hard to come by. Your car may not come clean as they don’t check previous rental at the end. They don’t have an adequate website and are specific on charges. They will not let you use your own Toll Pass, I was using my toll pass and after driving for weeks I suddenly had a toll balance because they use a secret toll service. They only tell you things afterwards and not before.

We completely understand your circumstance and value your feedback; however as you have been a valuable customer for almost 5 months in which our dispatch and finance team has reached out numerous times to assist you with the best of abilities in which you declined, ignored and refused to answer any of our calls specifically if you have an outstanding balance. As we have previously mentioned numerous occasions that you may check your email for an outstanding invoice, which is email it to you on a daily basis, along with all other reservations in which you have refused to look at in addition provided false and misleading information to avoid paying your daily rate balance. Being part of our company for almost 6 months you are very much aware that we have three authorized dedicated shops throughout the region for your convenience in which you are free to stop by for complementary services; however, as you have an outstanding balance with the company, you refuse to answer any of our calls and acknowledge our attempt to reach out. As previously advised this is an per diem base insurance product which you have been advised several times and refused to keep your reservation current.

Chris was an awesome host. RV was clean had a small issue with working the propane and Chris was super responsive. Definitely a great tailgating RV.

I loved the system set up, electricity, water, internet, etc. It was pretty much fool proof which I appreciated. I could just go and not worry that things wouldn’t work. I would book again no hesitation!
