Eddie caused more than $1,000 in damages to our new Brinkely RV. He doesn't understand how a generator works. Smoked around and inside the camper, I found at least 10 cigarettes around it and made sure to video at drop off and pick up. I arrived for pickup and I shot a video showing a smoldering fire less than 10 feet from the propane tank. Multiple rugs ruined, front screen door damaged, massive scratches on the exterior that look malicious. We drove 2 hours to setup the RV and Eddie tried changing it 30 minutes before setup time. On the last day, he tried calling us at 7 PM stating the generator wasn't powering the RV (2nd time this trip) and he wanted us to spend $500 to send a mobile mechanic to fix. I sent numerous instructions over the course of several days on how to operate the generator. Upon pick up, the power magically worked without issues. He has threatened to write a bad review and refund the trip, but I have plenty of proof to show he is irresponsible and will destroy your beloved camper. As an Eagle Scout, I've spent most of my young life picking up trash while hiking. Meeting Eddie I can confidently say he is the type of person that throws trash everywhere.

We had a wonderful experience with 'Major Tom'. The rig had everything that we needed to make for an elevated camping experience. All of the equipment/amenities worked perfectly, and towing was a breeze. The outdoor kitchen is the cutest and the bed was very comfortable (husband is 6'3") and clean. We also loved the large roof top window. Jamie gave us a complete rundown of how to operate things and we were off on our adventure! Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful weekend in this RV! It was spotless when we arrived — truly clean and well cared for. Everything was fully functional and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials we needed. The coffee was a great touch and made our mornings even better.

Steven was a gracious host and the camper was very clean and accommodating. He provided extra blankets and pillows for us. Steven took his time to walk us through the camper to make sure we had a full understanding of how to use everything. We would recommend renting from him as he makes it very easy.

nice guy but did not communicate that he would be 4 hours later than scheduled time, RV brought back with full gray and black water tanks, empty gas tank, and did not clean to pre trip standards, bathroom door was broken during their trip, did not mention when returned.

Had a phenomenal time with Bruce the Winnebago. This Revel has everything you need and more for a great trip. In our case, we were in the CA desert with 90+ degree weather, so Bruce made our travel itinerary feasible.

This was the perfect RV for my family! The RV drove smoothly, was very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, sleep, and enjoy our time together. Everything was spotless, well organized, and fully stocked, which made our stay so easy and stress-free.

I could go on and on and on...but it's just not necessary -- just TRUST me when I say you will NOT be disappointed with the rental of this van!! It is worth every penny, in comparison to other van rentals we have had. The van is VERY well stocked with all the detailed items you will need, the instructions are thorough and also clearly posted within the van, a cheat sheet, and a binder in case you can't remember something from Malcom's excellent walk-through. Kay and Malcom will go out of their way to help you with any advance planning or assistance needed while on the road! The van is very clean and well cared for, so please do your part and continue to take care of Grace should you decide to take her on your trip :)
