The camper was great - clean and as described! Everything worked well, and drop off and setup were great! Please be aware for your own planning that linens are NOT included. I've never rented an RV, and while linens aren't on the "what's included" list, it's also not called out anywhere and it didn't occur to me they've not be included. Fortunately, our specific situation allowed us to easily address this, and it was not a problem, but had we not been staying on my family's property, this would have been a huge logistical gap. Other than that, Kevin was friendly, once I was able to get in touch with him (our trip started Dec 26, so I recognize that the holiday timing likely created some distractions in proactive communication). All that said, I'd rent this RV and work with Kevin again!

This guy is a scammer. Just a heads up, don't rent to him. He used my trailer out in the sand dunes and absolutely wrecked it when I picked up. He sent his buddy to block in me when i went to pick it up with threats of the camper "being towed" even though the cam0per was obviously in my possession. Anyway, the renter had no concerns during his trip, but a week after he rental ended, he disputed with outdoorsy for a full refund claiming the camper was unrentable. I'm fighting this now with him, but seriously don't rent to him. He is that nightmare renter.

This was a great experience. This was Nick's first rental. He was excited and Im very happy to have been able to rent him my vehicle. His family took very good care of my van. I would definitely rent my van to him again without a doubt. Communication was good, no issues, and very professional.

Carlos did an awesome job with delivery / pick up and ensuring we had everything we needed for our long weekend. We were able to fit our 3 littles comfortably in the camper with us at night which was a huge positive!
