Van has some mechanical issues. For example the water, gray and black water sensors do not read accurately (after filling water and dumping, sensors measure 0% for water or 100% for black water).
The pop out tent is really difficult to open or close. It was not fun doing this every morning or night.
We love the induction cooktop but we had to make sure we synchronize with quiet hours at campsites for the generator.

When we went to pick up the RV it was running. We were told that the RV had not been started for two weeks and just needed a jump. We were told that was all, but Luis told us to take the Battery booster (jumper) just in case. Over 60% of the time we went to start the RV we needed to jump start it. It was not due to leaving anything on even when we stopped to get gas, we needed to jump it to get the RV running again. But then we would be parked overnight, it would start right up. The RV obviously has a serious electrical problem that needs to be fixed.The first two nights we had no heat in the RV and texted back and forth with Luis to figure out why it was not turning on. We finally stopped and filled up the propane and found it was under half full, which is why the furnace was not coming on. When I texted Luis about solving the heat problem, he said the last renter had told him he filled the propane. It should be up to the owners to make sure everything is topped off before renting it again.On our fourth night we stayed at an RV park so we could dump the tanks and refill them. The dump hose that comes with the RV is very short, but we were able to deal with that by moving the RV to reach. But then we found out that it didn't come with the right end attachment to be able to dump the tanks. We had to buy an elbow to fit. I have no idea how anyone has been able to dump the RV without buying the correct end.

Be very cautious with this unit. The bathroom leaked, it wouldn’t start twice and the control panel doesn’t work properly.
Let the owner know about these issues and for my troubles still got charged $8 more for mileage.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
