Kaitlin was fantastic and so easy to work with. She was flexible and understanding. She gave us a thorough tour and rundown of the RV features before we departed, yet was still available for questions while we were traveling. The RV was so nicely decorated, well stocked and very clean. We will definitely be renting again. Thank you Kaitlin!!
