What a great first experience in renting an RV! Chris was kind to deliver and set up for us. We had plenty of space to sleep and appreciated the large refridgerator, oven, Kuerig, and ice machine. Also loved that this unit is pet friendly so we could bring our Augie with us.

Fleur was a great renter she was very respectful of the trailer and all the amenities. I would definitely recommend her as a renter . But would prefer she check with the cozy camper first! 🤣😎

Heather and Al were fantastic to deal with. Al walked me through the trailer and explained all of the features and how to use them. There is also a binder in the trailer with detailed instructions and photos for you to reference on the road. They also made themselves available by phone at any time.

She complained about everything she could when it came to 3rd party delivery service that’s working for her but she didn’t pay them for full service but then complained about it. She even suggested they were rude when she never even met them as they had dropped off before her arrival a the staff at their park was who she actually was referring to but not realizing who they were.
Then she complained again for not properly flushing out the toilet waste tank and the delivery had to do proper flush working on her behalf and then again had to have her complain to have to pay someone to deal with her feces.
