I would definitely rent to diana and her family. They are wonderful, caring, thorough, responsive, prompt, and knowledgeable. They pointed features on my RV that I wasn't aware of. They returned my in a clean and ready to rent condition. Great family.

This guest required significant extra support before and during the trip. I provided a written guide explaining how to charge her scooter, delivered the van, and spent over an hour on a detailed orientation, including connecting her phone to the Bluetooth monitor and demonstrating the charging process.

Mike is great. Really nice guy. Great communications. Keeps his camper in great condition. Gave us great instructions and lessons for all the things. He was accommodating about timing and helpful in meeting us to return the camper to him. We look forward to any times we can rent from him again.
