Overall communication was good and camper itself was not damaged at pickup, however did not mention broken shower handle caps and didn't clean up everyday mess before departing.

Good communication but left van dirty. Nothing worth charging for, but would have appreciated if he would have at least swept out the van and put the window covers back in their covers. Did not dump water as instructed in the return document.

The outdoor kitchen was a plus. Unfortunately the shower handle piece was so old, it literally broke apart as soon as we turn the handles. Other than that, the camper was an absolute winner! We will use again.
