We were first time RV renters, and after this trip, we can surely say it won’t be our last. We planned our trip to Denver on a whim, and came across Melissa’s listing as we were opting for a new, luxury RV to make our experience enjoyable and comfortable. Melissa immediately responded to our booking request and within 12 hours, we had our confirmation. When we arrived to pick up our RV at Melissa’s home, she warmly greeted us and walked us through a detailed overview of the RV. The RV was in immaculate condition, just as she had described. Melissa also went above and beyond to truly make the RV feel like home. It was beautifully furnished and all of the items were well organized and labeled. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig, pods, toaster, cooking utensils, cookware, and spices. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries and towels, and the bedroom area was plush and cozy. We also appreciated that she provided firewood and camping chairs to enhance our experience. This worked out so well for us as we were traveling from Texas and were limited in the amount of items that we could carry on board. We traveled to Steamboat Springs for four days and had an incredible experience. The RV drove smoothly and everything worked just as well as Melissa had stated in the overview. We stayed on a campground which had water and electrical hook ups, allowing us to conserve our fresh water and propane tank supply. During our stay, we reached out to Melissa a few times when we had questions, and her responses were always prompt.Melissa kept her hand-held vacuum cleaner on the RV, and it really helped us to keep the place tidy after we would return from our hikes with dusty/muddy shoes. Also, I must mention that she had all of the cleaning products, ample trash bags and a first aid kit handy!Upon our return, Melissa and her husband came out to learn about our adventure and formally complete the check out process. They are a warm and lovely couple, and we couldn’t thank them enough for sharing their RV with us for our vacation.
