The camper was clean and exactly as pictured, and the company was excellent with communication throughout the process.
That said, there were no cooking utensils provided, not even a can opener, so renters should plan to bring their own kitchen supplies. There was also no remote for the TV.
The delivery drivers arrived on time, which we appreciated. However, they parked the camper at the very front of the lot despite there being plenty of space to move it back. This made it unable to use the awning, and the door was positioned only about 12 inches from a tree, creating a tight entry.
We had a great time and would use the company again!

We had a great camping trip thanks to Rick and our awesome 5th wheel! As a first time renter, Rick was very responsive with any questions that we had and the booking process was very easy. The 5th wheel was set up and ready to go when we arrived and picked up when we had arranged. Thank you!

Rich was easy to work with and very responsive with any questions. He was also flexible with pick up and drop off arrangements. I unfortunately had to use a different camper than what I originally reserved due to an issue with the original camper I booked, but the replacement was a good alternative for what we needed. Only downside was the propane was empty when we picked up. Would absolutely rent with Rich again.

Rich communicated well with us. RV was on time and in great shape. I do recommend having more items to help with cleaning IE broom and small trash can. Also another comforter for the bunk beds. Fridge takes 24 hours to get cold for the time its setup. Just an FYI. Really no complaints, just some suggestions. RV was clean and comfy. Thank you

This was overall an excellent experience. As new RV-ers, we had a couple issues but Rich was quick to help resolve and was excellent about communicating. We would definitely rent again!

we had an amazing experience, the RV was clean, comfortable and fully stocked with what we needed. the process was so easy from start to finish, it was a stress-free trip! it was delivered and set up and ready for us as soon as we arrived at the campground.

We had a memorable Thanksgiving weekend thanks to Rich! Camping has always been our favorite way to spend the holiday with our boys, family and friends. We decided to rent a camper this year and started communicating with hosts to find the right one for our big crew. Rich responded quickly and answered all of my questions, so we reserved one of his 10-person campers. A few days before our trip, he contacted me to confirm all of the details. When I told him we had 10 people, he offered us a bigger camper to insure we weren't cramped. I told him we were just happy to spend time together so it was not necessary. On our reservation day (day before Thanksgiving), Rich personally delivered the camper and he brought the upgrade which was the perfect camper! We cannot thank him enough for taking such good care of us and we will certainly be renting from him again.

The RV was perfect for our trip. very clean, all the accessories needed and more. I will defiantly be using the same guy to rent future RV's for trips.
