Ariane was an outstanding renter! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they took great care of the van, returning it in clean, well-cared-for condition. The entire rental process was smooth and easy. We'd be happy to welcome Ariane back anytime and wouldn't hesitate to rent to them again. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this renter based on our experience. Our camper was returned with significant damage and required an insurance claim.
Upon return, we discovered exterior collision damage, a damaged awning arm, issues with the door lock, broken interior components, and extensive cleaning/sanitation concerns.
The grey and black tanks were also returned completely full, resulting in waste backing up through the toilet. The camper required extensive cleaning and repairs before it could safely be rented again.
The renter did not notify us of the accident or damages during the trip. After we asked about the exterior damage, we were told an impact occurred in a parking lot.
Good communication and proper care of the RV are extremely important when renting. Unfortunately, this rental resulted in significant repair costs, lost time, and impacted future reservations. He also canceled his Outdoorsy account as soon he got home.
