“Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this guest. The RV was returned significantly dirty and required extensive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear. The vehicle was also returned one day later than the agreed return date specified in the rental agreement, without prior communication or approval. Additionally, there was a strong smell of marijuana smoke inside the RV upon return, which is a direct violation of our no-smoking policy stated in the rental contract. Due to these issues, we would not rent to this guest again.”

Great renter. Unfortunately there was some damage due to an unexpected event, he was straightforward and forthright which made it much easier to get resolved right away. Vehicle was left clean and he was very respectful.
