These were absolutely terrible renters. They scorched our RV's kitchen countertop and broke the refrigerator handle. They also failed to return the vehicle on time; it was supposed to be returned at 4:00 PM but wasn't brought back until 10:00 PM that night. Furthermore, the interior of the vehicle was left smelling foul—we aired it out with the windows open for a full week, yet we still couldn't get rid of the odor! The most outrageous part is this: they exceeded the mileage limit, incurring overage charges amounting to nearly $200. When I attempted to collect this fee via the app, I was informed that the customer's credit card had been declined—I suspect they likely reported the card as lost or stolen. It is truly infuriating; whatever you do, do not rent your RV to this person.

Lynann was the dream renter! showed up on time and was flexible with my schedule. On return she gave me a full rundown on Barry with a couple of little things to fix. She communicated her return (I was a tad late) no problem, she rolled with it. I look forward to hopefully work with her again. Think she might like to upgrade to something with a few more ammenities haha. Happy future adventures Lynann!

This was a practically brand new trailer. No issues at all. We are new to camping, and yes we run out of water and gas after two nights. Totally our own fault. The owner was very nice, he explained very well how to operate a trailer controls and answered questions during our trip. He even delivered a generator to our house before trip started once we explained that we will be staying off campground.
