In the beginning the host was very nice but seemed sloppy in showing us the trailer, pointing out some damages that occurred previously. Before hooking up the trailer I mentioned about necessity to take pictures like outdoorsy requires but the owner acknowledged he should be doing it too but it didn’t seem like a big deal. We decided to skip taking pictures inside the trailer and the overall condition of it outside when fully popped up. We only took photos shortly after departure of the outside condition of the unit. We enjoyed staying in the unit on our trip and brought it back promptly as the host permitted us to - by 6pm. He advised me that he would not be present at drop off time. I dropped the unit off and messaged him it was done. Later on he messaged me about damages he found and substantial amount of security deposit was claimed. He provided photos of the damage but not the the before rental photos of the affected areas. I advise everyone to take multiple photos of the unit inside and out to avoid unpleasant surprises like paying double for your rental. Open up a dispute claim with outdoorsy.

John was great communicating with us throughout the process. He gave us a quick but detailed overview of setup and tear-down of the trailer. Everything was perfect - would highly recommend!

John was very accommodating with drop off and pick up times. He went thru all the features of the trailer in detail and made sure we understood everything before leaving on our trip. The trailer was clean and ready when we got there. Communication was easy.
He made our trip a little less stressful with more time for fun!

Hello,
John was very accommodating with meet up times and explaining things. He had some great fans that could be hung from the ceiling. We cooked on the gas stove inside, love that propane for speediness. The fridge worked well, and I had another koolatron for food. I left John some mugs, bowls and a sptula for his next customers. Very pleasant to deal with.
