Fantastic! Pick up and return were simple and easy. The owner provided thorough instructions and checked in with us during our rental period to provide any further assistance. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental!

This was our first time renting a camper van. Norm was great, very responsive. He even let us take a look before the trip to see what we were getting ourselves into lol. The van definitely made the whole trip way more enjoyable and manageable with 4 kids. Having the flexibility use the restroom, eat, or just relax was great. We will totally rent this again. Thanks Norm!

Norman is always accessible when we have questions during the trip. We really appreciated him taking our calls.
He is professional and pleasant to work with.
The only reason of a rating of 4 was not because of him but we where not able to get the rear air conditioning controls to work independent of the dash board controls.

The CamperVan was perfect for our trip. We were traveling with our elderly parents and the comfort of the van and it's amenities were great. The vehicle was in excellent condition and communication with Norman was outstanding. We chose the delivery/pick up option which was very reasonable and an added bonus. We would definitely rent again the next time we travel with family.

This van was perfect for our family road trip to the beach (9+ hrs each way). The vehicle was very easy to drive, clean, and in excellent condition. There was plenty of storage and having a bathroom was incredibly useful. Our kids enjoyed watching movies and playing games together. It made the trip much more enjoyable for everyone. This was our first time driving a van of this size, but it was remarkably easy to use and we had no issues with parking. Norman was very responsiveness and helpful throughout it all. Highly recommended and I would not hesitate to rent it again! Thanks Norman!

The van experience was wonderful. The ride was so smooth and it was so easy to park in town and at the beech in just a regular parking space. It was very clean and easy to operate its many features. The seats pulls out to make a very comfortable sleeping bed for two. Norman was great. He was always available to answer any question. Thank you Norman for making your van available for others to enjoy. I highly recommend this van.

Renting this RV was an absolute pleasure. Working with Norman and his wife couldn’t have been easier. Their hospitality and attention to the little details made our trip even more enjoyable and carefree. When I was concerned about luggage storage for our family of 6, they went out of their way to purchase a hitch storage compartment to store our extra belongings in. When I was concerned if a car seat for our 3 year old would work in the RV, Norman contacted the manufacturer to confirm if it would be safe and possible to install one (it worked perfectly). They provided sheets and other amenities to take even more off our plate and make our trip that much more simple. Our girls especially loved the fact that they could watch Disney plus or Netflix on our long drive and keep their minds occupied. This made the 12 hour drive much easier on the parents as well. The Rv drives like a dream and is kept in immaculate condition. Anyone who rents this RV will greatly enjoy the experience and convenience this particular rig has to offer.
I cannot reiterate enough how great it was communicating and working with Norman through Outdoorsy. Thanks again for allowing us to make lasting family memories in your vehicle! We are already looking forward to next years trip!

We went to the Outer Banks in this Camper Van. Norman was great to work with. The Camper van was like driving a luxury vehicle. It was surprisingly good on gas. We mainly used it to get a group of us down to OBX. It is a 5 1/2 hour drive and everyone was comfortable driving down and back. We did not use any of the amenities to sleep, eat or shower but they are all included. I highly recommend you rent this vehicle. Thank you Norman!
