We rented this beautiful, comfortable RV for our annual family trip to Hulaween at Suwannee Music Park and had a wonderful time. The hosts were genuinely friendly and helpful in person, even replacing the A/C when it wasn’t cooling properly at pickup.

Elan, this was one of our more challenging rental interactions, with repeated disagreements over equipment fees, agreement terms, and return requirements. The hitch was listed as a paid add-on from the beginning. You acknowledged the price, said you would bring your own, and stated you could purchase one for not much more. Even knowing the price, you later requested ours, which we added and reserved for you. It was not a hidden or surprise charge. You explained that a previous negative experience with another host contributed to your concerns about our supplemental agreement. We clarified directly in writing that repair charges cover actual damage and necessary repairs, not arbitrary amounts, and you confirmed you would proceed. Outdoorsy never contacted us about those concerns. After your return, our team drained the tanks and documented wastewater and solid waste coming out. We shared photos of the readings and a video of the waste being drained, which you continued to dispute. We incurred a dumping cost but waived your fee to end the unproductive back-and-forth. That decision did not withdraw our findings or mean the tanks had been properly emptied and flushed.

Omar is a great host and does everything he can to help accommodate any unexpected issues along the way. Will be returning to rent from him again in the future. Great rv everything was well kept and functioned properly

We rented this RV for a three-day event. It was delivered before we arrived, with video instructions. Omar was great with communicating throughout.

Dawn, we’re surprised and disappointed by this review. We paid for an independent RV technician to inspect the A/C. He checked compressor operation, amperage and cooling performance, documented readings of 60°F at the vents and confirmed normal operation. Separately, his indoor temperature reading upon arrival was lower than the indoor temperature you reported. Thermostat placement near warm walls, sunlight or cooking can affect readings, which may not reflect temperatures throughout the RV. Cooking also adds heat. When you remained dissatisfied after the technician confirmed everything was operating normally, we discussed compensation and refunded three rental nights, in addition to paying for his service. You accepted and thanked us for that compensation, yet described it as barely anything in your review. We never told you that you “should have known” the RV had one A/C. We would never speak to a guest that way, and attributing that statement to us misrepresents how we treated you.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The RV was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a great trip. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described. The entire process was smooth and easy, and the communication was excellent from start to finish.

5 stars across the board. Omar and the host were incredibly helpful from start to finish. As a first timer towing and hitching an RV of this size with my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I had a lot of questions, and they really took the stress out of the process. They walked me through everything, made sure the hitch setup was correct, and took the time to explain how everything worked in a way that was easy to understand.

My husband and I had the pleasure of renting the "YHOW" RV from February through the end of April, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The RV was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable extended stay.

My family and I had an amazing experience with this RV. We highly recommend! We had it for over a week and all of the details that the owner added to the RV made it feel like home. Definitely more upscale than your traditional RV experience. The owner was extremely responsive anytime we had a question. We will definitely be renting this RV again for our next family trip.

The RV needed some upkeep. Bathroom door came off the hinges the first day.
We were never able to fix it and had no privacy in the bathroom.

These RVs are always fully inspected and in working condition prior to pickup. During the 5-day rental, no issues with the bathroom door or dining table were reported at any time, despite clear instructions during pickup and in the agreement to report any problems immediately so we can assist. At return, the bathroom door was found detached and left inside the bathroom, requiring repair. This had not been an issue in prior rentals and was only mentioned at drop-off, not during the trip. More importantly, the RV was returned with significant, unreported exterior damage, including a large side impact along the driver side extending from the midsection to the rear of the unit, which was not a minor scratch. If the issues described in the review had occurred as stated, they should have been reported during the rental, and no such communication was received.
