Great experience- camped on both east and west sides of Glacier and drove Going to the Sun.

The van itself was great. Everything worked as it should, it was comfortable and reliable and it was an amazing way to experience the absolutely gorgeous Glacier National Park. You can probably find a similar van on Outdoorsy...maybe even a better one but what you won’t easily find are hosts like these two.

The experience on this trip was wonderful. It was our first time traveling in an RV, and this one had everything we needed for our trip, plus it was the perfect size for driving through Glacier National Park. We loved the experience and will definitely do it again.
Thanks to Heather and her husband for letting us experience this adventure in their RV and for answering all our newbie questions.

I was very much looking forward to this trip but want to make sure others go in with eyes wide-open.1) First time RVers should NOT rent this van. She provides little/no instruction, except for linking you to a generic video that is not even the same make/model as the RV you are renting. The configurations are different, the black/grey water hookup is different, the stove lighting was different, etc. She provides no walkthrough and just leaves the keys in the car. While the cleaner was there, they were unfamiliar with the RV as well. It was a lesson in 'let's figure this out, babe" which wasn't what you want when you're headed to Glacier with 0 internet connection.2) Cleanliness was non-existent. I believe the cleaner dusted the floor and (hope to God) washed the sheets, which were wadded up in a basket. Other than that, it was gross. Every plate/bowl/silverware was still covered in food and every internal surface covered in dust. We spent our first camping washing literally every utensil, and I dusted the entire van. Even the cndiments had leaked everywhere, and I had to empty out the entire cabinet and wipe honey off of everything.

We had a fantastic trip and were so grateful to be able to rent this van. We spent 12 days exploring Glacier National Park and Banff and made some incredible memories. The van drove well and was a great home base for our adventure.Communication was the biggest area that could be improved. Before our trip, I reached out to confirm what was included in the van (such as shampoo, utensils, and dishes) because the listing indicated none were provided, and I wanted to be sure what to pack. After the trip, I also had questions about the mileage charge. The listing stated 100 miles per day, but we were charged for exceeding 75 miles per day. The host explained that they only allow 75 miles per day, but it was confusing since it didn’t match the listing. In both cases, I had to send a follow-up message before receiving a response.

I was charged $50 for an early pick up and late return and was told this is not possible due to the short turn around. The $50 was not returned to my account. The Van was supposed to be cleaned and sanitized - the van was neither cleaned nor sanitized. The add states there would be 1/2 tank of potable water - there was no water in the tank. Without water the toilet was not usable. The campground we were in did not have potable water. The grey water tank was full when we picked up the van, we had to find a RV dump to drain this tank. There was an error code for the propane heater - not being tec savvy I was not able to reset this code resulting in no heat for the duration. The owner did not have the van checked to be sure all utilities were working. We I picked up the van a young girl answered the residences door and said the keys were in it. I checked the van and saw no cleaning had taken place and had to ask for clean sheets. The were missing slats on the bed frame and broken access doors.

Fun and fantastic way to explore our Nations National Parks. Highly recommend and would do it again.

Van was well equipped, very clean and new! The owners were great at explaining everything and great to work with. Highly recommend this Van for your next big adventure!
We took our 6 & 4 year old daughters on a trip to Glacier and the Pacific Ocean in Washington! Such a beautiful experience!
