What a great experience this was!
I can't thanks Iris enough for making our trip so smooth and easy! She is the best host ever! Very responsive and attentive when needed, I would reccomend her 100% to anyone! Hope our paths will cross again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience renting Ace for our honeymoon! Angela and Liron were outstanding hosts - excellent communicators, professional, kind, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. This wasn’t our first van rental, but it was by far our nicest. The van had everything we could possibly need. All we had to pack were our clothes and ourselves to have an amazing adventure! We visited the Mighty Five and were genuinely sad when the trip came to an end; we’ve never been more comfortable in a van. She handled all sorts of weather (even experienced her first snow with us!) very well. We were able to use the heater at night when we were in Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, Zion and were shocked at how little gas it used to keep us toasty warm all night!

Aimee and her family are lovely people. Aimee is clear, respectful, honest, clean, and organized. I would rent my trailer to them anytime!

Jessica was great with communicating throughout the entirety of the trip and was very flexible with the delivery and pickup times as they had to be adjusted. Would recommend renting with Jessica and hope she returns for another trip in the future.

After making last minute accommodations for Austin, free of charge, he was extremly rude. He returned the camper to the wrong location with only 20 minutes notice. The camper was returned dirty, with cigarettes left inside, and missing items. I allowed 48 hours for the return of the items before submitting a charge to replace them within Outdoorsy's claim window. This really upset him and he retailiated with a barage of mean texts and a poor review. I would not rent to him again nor wish any interaction with him upon anyone.

It was a pleasure hosting you. I did not add cleaning or dumping fee due to the generator being out of service inconvenience. Great to hear you didn't need it as you were hooked up to electricity in the RV park. Happy Holidays!
