This was our first experience in an RV and our first trip to Joshua Tree. It was great! The AC cooled the RV quickly and the Starlink allowed my husband to still catch his game on the TV. Easy pickup and drop off. Will rent again! PS - don't forget to bring toilet paper!

Customer disputed charges for a hose they broke, a cleaning fee, and dump fee when they left the trailer without dumping their waste. We had documentation of all events so outdoorsy did end up siding with us. Unfortunate situation.
