Easy to tow trailer. And Francisco made it a priority to ensure the trailer was operating 100% before he handed it over to me. Which I heatedly appreciated.

We were very excited and nervous for our first RV trip. Francisco responded promptly to my emails filled with questions. Francisco and his wife were very gracious when we arrived to pick up the RV. They were thorough in explaining everything we needed to know. The RV was in immaculate condition and very easy to manage. We were surprised at how easy the whole transaction was. We had a blast on our trip and looking forward to taking this same RV out for our next adventure! Thanks so much Francisco & family!

Francisco and his wife were so friendly and helpful in getting us all ready for our trip. They explained how to use the trailer so we felt comfortable. It was an easy pick up and drop off! We really enjoyed a family trip up to Mt.Charleston ! Definitely love to go again !

The Santoyo family made this such a great first time experience. They were very thorough when picked up with how to care for their RV and trip and tricks. They were also flexible with pickup/drop off.
Definitely will be a returning renter or this RV! Highly recommended.
