RV was good. Joel was very helpful and accommodating with pick up and especially the return. We've been tenting the past 4 years and thought this trip would be best to rent. For 1st timers size was more than we needed but we loved the floor plan and space.

Joel was great to work with. He was flexible, the trailer was well-stocked, and we had a great time! The load-distribution hitch that he provided also made the trailer pull nicely (more stable than without it).
