the overall experience exceeded our expectations
The camper was setup as agreed at the appropriate location.
Everything worked.
HVAC, Plumbing, lighting, stereo, all performed.

There should be a manual to show us the features of the RV and how to use them. We had no info and we needed help to use certain features. We asked others that had RVs next to us. The fireplace did not work and the switch was not in the correct position for us to run off of the battery. We feel a partial refund is due.

As always Ronnie was wonderful. The camper was in perfect working order. No complaints at all. We were two couples sharing the camper and we had more than enough room and privacy. Thank you.
