Thanh was absolutely amazing to work with!
He was incredibly patient and kind, answering all my questions thoroughly and clearly explaining everything I needed to know. When I needed to extend my trip last minute, he didn’t hesitate for a second. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. If you’re thinking of renting, go with Thanh — he’s truly the best!

We had a fantastic 2-week trip with our family of eight! From Colorado to Utah, then Arizona, New Mexico, and finally back to Denver, we stopped at nearly all the National Parks in the area. Unforgettable memories for everyone!

Thanh was a great host. Responded to all our questions immediately. The RV was clean, well stocked, and in good shape. Easy drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and South Dakota parks.

Working with Thanh was great! He is very accommodating, making pickup/dropoff super easy and allowing for a more relaxing beginning and end of our trip. He was very thorough in prepping the RV and making sure we knew everything we needed to, which was much appreciated. Questions were promptly answered and the RV itself was roomy and clean. Everything functioned as it should and there were a lot of nice features :) Definitely recommend!

10/10 would book again!This was our first experience with an RV as well as with Outdoorsy and we could not have asked for a more wonderful experience. The Trans were so wonderful to rent from! From the outset, Thanh reached out to connect, ask about our trip, offer tips and was so wonderfully communicative and quick to respond that we started to be more careful about when we actually sent him messages or asked questions so we were respectful of his time. It really created such a great feeling as we were preparing for our trip that we were renting an RV from someone who cared about making sure we had a good experience and set us up for success!The Check-in/Check-out process was fantastic. Thanh spent an hour walking us through everything required of RV life -- the grey/black water tanks, making sure we knew the proper way to connect and dump. Setting camp up was a breeze. I feel compelled to note this in particular -- the other camper was rented by someone else in our group and they were not given any kind of "orientation" and actually encountered some issues with hooking things up correctly the first time. So to have Thanh spend that time with us at the beginning of the trip was really key. Check-out was great too -- Thanh was very fair with how we did the walk through and handled the deposit pieces.The RV was well stocked -- there were pantry supplies left from previous renters (in a very thoughtful way, not a "we left our trash here" way), for instance there was cold water in the fridge when we picked it up. We made sure to pass the favor forward. Thanh procured some extra camp chairs for us, made sure we had plenty of towels and fresh linens, and the kitchenette had everything we needed for camp cooking, including an outdoor portable propane stove that we relied on more than anything during our trip (it was pretty hot and dry where we were, so had to be careful about campfires and not too keen on heating up the RV with the oven. That little stove was clutch!).
