Had two issues with the RV the first 2 days but Jeffrey was Johnny on the spot for the fixes. He was very responsive and knowledgable about the RV. My two adult children needed a place to sleep and this fit the bill perfectly while parked in the driveway of a rental home in Charlevoix. My daughter said her bed was one of the most comfortable she has ever slept on.

Great communication and very understanding. Would definitely rent again. My niece and nephew loved the ride in the motorhome. Said it was "the best camping trip yet!" I've taken them to Fort Wilderness in my 37' bunkhouse! They apparently enjoyed this RV more while camping at a State Forest campground in the UP! If you have kids, this is the way to go. Thanks Jeffrey and family for sharing with our family!

We really enjoyed our time in Jeff's RV! It was our first time using one. Overall awesome experience and Jeff was really available whenever we had questions on how to make things work.
A couple drawers didn’t open and some WD40 on some hinges were really the only issues with the vehicle. Things were in good condition. It was well stocked and we really only needed to bring our food!
We hope to do this again soon.

Jeff was very friendly, informative, and easy to communicate with. It was a great trip and we would definitely do this again.
