Took a week long trip to Williamsburg VA and surrounding areas to Celebrate the USA 250th. We called it our "Revolutionary Road trip". I am experienced in driving vans and large vehicles but not too much in the RV life. This travel van/RV was perfect for our trip. And where I fell short on experience of using an RV, Justin was great at keeping me afloat. You're not just renting a vehicle, you also get direct support from the owner which is priceless. He made sure that our trip was not going to get derailed. The Van itself was easy to drive and had so many features that I was still finding new stuff by the end of the week🤣 We experienced good fuel mileage and lots of compliments from strangers. Only downfall was we couldn't finish one of our national park driving tours because we were overweight for a small wooden bridge, but I was ok with that as we had not even planned to do any driving tours until we realized how easy it was to drive! Also, drove it on interstate construction in the rain and on a ferry multiple times without issue. We had a great time with "Lulu".In hindsight, I would have rented a day early to get more acclimated with all the features and afford a little more time to stretch out as you will need to find better parking and routes if using it more for travelling than camping. We will rent this one again. Happy travels!

Justin is an awesome host with elite vehicle rentals. The van was super clean and easy to drive. He was very easy to communicate with and gave us helpful tips on operating the van. if you are looking for a rental-look no further! Justin is the man that you need to rent from!

This was our second experience renting an RV and it met our expectations. It was clean and comfortable. Justin was responsive and very easy to work with.

Great experience! Justin was helpful in explaining how to utilize all of the features of the camper and my family thoroughly enjoyed our first trip in a camper!

Host was responsive and pleasant.
We had several issues most would probably not have happened if we were somewhere with water and electric hookup.
We found we had no water soon after he left. He returned my call and talked me through setting it to dry camping. The step to get in was broke, so when you step on it , it would swing under rv. He warned us and said part was on order,
Listing said there was a coffee pot....there was not - so if you like coffee in the morning take your own.
One of the bench seats at dinner table was broken, you couldn't tell with cushion on so my wife sunk into the hole.....surprise. if I had gotten in trouble for laughing this would be 2 stars.
Lots of other wear and tear for a new RV, probably says a lot more about other renters than host...but maintenence could be better.
We also found out only one of the air conditioners works off generator....and when using generator...its AC OR hot water....can't have both at same time.
The worst issue we had was an odor when we used water. It started out faint and I thought it was just from the plastic reservoir, but it got stronger until it was an undeniable septic smell coming from the sinks when water was on. I don't even know how that could happen, since they are completely separate systems.
We only rented for 2 nights and didn't stay the second, mainly since we decided the water was not even unable for washing hands.

They Guy was great, but camper is in not such great shape, the bedroom door couldn’t be shut it was falling apart, the entrance drop down steps doesn’t work and it was a little sketchy to step one a little wobbly, one of the recliners doesn’t work, the toilets wasn’t emptied from the previous customer and it had no water at all in the reservoir. So no way to flush toilet , no way to shower and no way to wash our hands. We did tell the guy we would stop to get water after he told us there wasn’t any but we had to be at our location at a certain time or we would have lost our money for the pits at the race track and they close the gate you can’t get in after a certain time. So it was a miserable time for the whole weekend for our crew. We used all of our bottled water to flush and wash our hands. It also I do not believe the bed is a king.

I rented Justin's Cybertruck for 2.5 weeks and it was such an awesome vehicle, I would definitely rent it again :D

Had a great time. We traveled with 7 adults to Grandma's in Ohio and then 2 of them stayed in the camper for four days and we used the camper as our main mode of transportation around town. Camper drove great, better than I expected, and everything worked well. Justin was great to work with and super helpful.

This is our second year in a row renting from Justin and we will definitely be back again next year. Everything from initial contact to the return is professional and flawless. Oh and the van is great as well !

Only had one issue with the city set up. And the dryer did not work but everything else was excellent..

Justin was a great host! The RV worked beautifully, it is very well maintained! Its confortable, and we will definitely be renting again!
