First-time camper towers here! We had a wonderful experience working with Eric and Alberta. We towed it easily with our 2014 4Runner. We hauled most of our camping gear in another vehicle because our 4Runner can only tow up to 4700lbs. We loved working with Eric and Alberta. Eric taught us step-by-step how to set up and take down the camper before we left for our trip which was very helpful for us because we'd never set one up before. When we arrived at our campsite and parked, we were able to set the camper up in less than 20 minutes thanks to the lesson. The camper is equipped with everything you need for a camping trip. It is also very clean and well-maintained. We especially loved the bathroom and the privacy of real walls. It also has a shower, as well as an outdoor shower. The king size beds were comfortable for us and our young kids. We used the fridge as we had power at our campsite and it was so wonderful to have it during the 90 degree weather to keep our food cold. We also used the AC, and it worked perfectly and kept the camper very cool. We didn't use the heater, but in addition to the onboarding heating system, the owners included space heaters that could be used if needed. The camper has all of the things you need for the kitchen: plates, bowls, utinsels, pots, pans, mixing bowl, can opener, coffee pot, etc. There are also lots of other things that you might need: lighter, pens, coffee filters, cutting boards, dish washing and cleaning supplies, and dominoes game. I should have packed less of my own gear! We cooked outside on our own camp stove as a personal preference but the kitchen has a gas stove, oven, and even a microwave! I l loved that it had exterior power outlets so I could run my Keurig, because, why not? ;) Having the slide out is an awesome feature because it makes this camper very roomy. It suited our needs for our family perfectly. We were so thankful that it's also dog-friendly because we were able to bring our dog, too. We had never dumped tanks before, but again, thanks to the great lesson (and the YouTube video Eric made), we had the confidence to handle it and were able to complete the task successfully. We are so thankful to Eric for all of his help, kindness, patience, generosity, and responsiveness in communication with us. I hope we have the opportunity to rent this camper from Eric and Alberta again.
