Tracy and the Teardrop trailer were wonderful!!! Tracy was responsive, kind, honest and a great communicator. she made sure we had everything we needed and was clear about what the teardrop had and didn't have. She went the extra mile to make our rental special. We were celebrating our 15 year wedding anniversay and she even create personalized mugs for us. The trailer was WELL STOCKED!!!, clean, and as described in the ad. This would be a great trailer to get if you are new to camper (or a seasoned vetern) or travelling in from out of town on a plane and don't want to bring a lot of camping stuff. It has everything you need. Its well organized and in great shape. You will not be disappointed. We will most likely rent from her again. Lastly, the tear drop was easy to pull.
