I didn't cancel the booking. Outdoorsy did, just to be clear. I was trying to accommodate a last-minute request, then my camper had a malfunction I couldn't remediate before the renters arrived. That has now been fixed.

MaryKate was great to work with. Communicated when she had a question and responded in a timely manner if I had a question. The trailer was perfect for our camping trip. There was 2 minor issues she reported to us as we picked up the trailer. We had no issues with the trailer at all. We had to return early and MaryKate was there for us to be able to do that which was very nice of her.
