From the get go, working with Jonathan was a joy. He's quickly responsive to messages, and was even willing to work with us on the rental price so that we both were happy. When asked about delivery options (we don't have a way to transport an RV), his rates were very reasonable. Since this was our first time using an RV, he took the extra time to walk us through, showing us how to use the various aspects of it and answering any questions we might have. The RV was exactly as described and pictured - the fridge completely met our needs, the bunk beds were perfect for our 3 little girls (two sharing, the littlest had her own) 6yrs and under. The only "downside" to the bunk beds was that the room didn't have very good ventilation/air flow, so it got hot really quickly (we remedied that by buying a small oscillating fan and opening the room's door at night after we went to bed so the AC could more easily flow into it). I spoke with John (the owner) about it when he came to pick up the RV after our trip, and he said he'd bring it up to the dealer when he took it in for inspection later on in the week. That being said, each bed had a window at the head that could be opened to help with airflow. That just wasn't an option for us because of loud outside noise (we were at a music festival). But the times we did have the windows open and the oscillating fan on, the room didn't overheat at all.The bunk room at the end of the RV opposite the master bedroom served as a playroom for us. The couch folds out to a sofa bed, and there's also a bunk above the couch. A smart TV is in the room in case you can't live without your TV shows, as long as you have a wireless connection or a personal hotspot. When used as a playroom, the bunk room is great for keeping all of the toys and craft supplies in one room, helping to keep the main living area free of clutter. That room has a door (which was removed but is stored behind the main couch, so it can be put back on if you'd need it), which could only help if you needed to contain the noise/chatter of littles playing. There is a 2nd AC in the master bedroom (which can also be used as just a fan or a heater), which kept the room nice and cool when we needed it to be. It can be loud at times, but that worked perfectly for when we needed white noise for sleeping during the day. The master bedroom also has a Smart TV that connects to wireless/personal hotspots. A DVD player is included, as is a CD player/radio that can connect to bluetooth. There are 3 speaker options: speaker A plays in the main living area, speaker B plays in the master bedroom, and speaker C plays outside. You can use any combination of speakers you'd like depending on where you are. The outside speakers got loud enough to be able to hear the music while spending time around the camper, but not if you're looking for them to serve as a main music source for a larger area. The RV has an electric fireplace which can be used as a heater or just for ambiance (since it's summertime, we used it for cozy ambiance). The lighting options in the RV were tremendous - the kitchen/living area alone had 5 different switches/options. The RV has options for very bright lighting or warmer, cozy lighting (or any combination thereof). The light above the table is turned on by a push switch on the top, so just something to consider when you're trying to turn it on. As for outside lighting, there's an LED strip that runs the length of the awning that provides a lot of light (which is great for finding the RV at night or describing which RV yours is to others). It can be turned off at night so it doesn't blind other people, but our neighbor actually told us he loved how bright it was because it tended to keep prowlers and critters away.We ended up using the fridge in the outside kitchen for gatorade/freeze pop storage. It worked perfectly. Otherwise, we didn't use the outside kitchen. The water heater/hot water tank did a great job. We had more than enough hot water to shower all three girls in succession and not run out of how water. There's definitely no shortage of storage. We stayed in it for two weeks and probably didn't even use half of the storage available. There's storage under every bed, overhead cabinets in each room, a cell phone charging station in the room with the bunk beds (12v car charger and USB-capable), and storage under the kitchen table benches, as well as various cabinets throughout.Without a doubt, I'd rent from him again. I'd also recommend that others rent from him in a heartbeat (in fact, I've recommended his RV to a few friends). I only hope he still has his RV next year so we can use it again!
