Michelle was beyond amazing from A-Z. She was very informative and quickly responded to any questions I had. I took the van up North to Ohio with our dogs and it was perfect. She even let me pick up the van and leave my personal vehicle at her house to make it convenient. Once we got back the our car wouldn't start and they assisted with that as well. Can't thank Michelle enough and would highly recommend her van and services!

Emma was very friendly and communicative. But after inspecting the van I noticed a big stain on the couch pillow and the internal LED lights didn’t work. I asked if they would pay $100 for repairs and they refused. They did not purchase interior damage insurance from Outdoorsy and so the repairs had to come out of my own pocket.

We rented this van for 10 days to cross the Island and it has been perfect for us for both the deep North and the cities. A little chilly for mid april though. I'd recommand!
