Cari & Roger were super responsive and helpful, and the van was very clean and totally prepped for our trip. Picking it up and dropping it off was a total breeze. We do wish we had known more in advance that its cassette toilet is only meant for urine so we could have made different plans for where we were camping, but we understand given that it's probably hard to clean otherwise. Overall, we had a great trip and would recommend their van for anyone looking to rent one in the Seattle area!

The RV was great and reliable! It really made our trip to the grand canyon special - Lionel was also able to answer every question we had and communicated with us so didn't worry at all.

The RV was great and Mark was available for any questions we had. It was stocked with almost everything we needed for our trip. The mattress was more comfortable than some hotels we have stayed at. For tent campers that upgraded for a winter RV family trip, it was everything we needed. Thank you!
