1) The hot water didn’t work the entire weekend, luckily we were at a campsite with great showers.
2) the door latch wouldn’t close or lock properly during the trip. When I contacted the host to notify, he told me that a screwdriver would fix that issue, no warning or heads up on the issue and good luck finding a screwdriver in the woods.
3) pay close attention to the listing details, the host attempted to charge us a smoking penalty and no one smoked inside whatsoever. In fact when he mentioned the fee, he suggested maybe the smells came from outside and I had to remind him that the door wouldn’t close properly the entire weekend. Either way, no one smoked inside the RV and his claim was totally exaggerated, be very careful.

Todd was very professional and communicative from start to end. He dropped the trailer off promptly and checked in with us each day. When we had any concerns, he made sure they were addressed quickly. We would highly recommend Todd and would absolutely book with him again.

Wonderful people to work with. Very helpful, thoughful, polite, and hospitable. We loved our rental. 5 star experience. Can't think of anything that would have made it better. Highly recommend and will rent from again.

We were very happy with Kyle and his family renting our Rv. They took excellent care of everything and left it in great condition. He communicated very well, was punctual with pickup and drop off and honestly was a pleasure doing business with. We would be happy to host him and his family again.

It's the best camping experience we ever had. This is our first camping in the RV. Our host, Mary, was wonderful. She explained, shown us, and allowed hands on with the equipment. She even gave us an upgraded RV with no additional charge. We definitely will rent again from Mary.
