Fantastic experience renting from Chad! He was flexible with pickup and drop off times. The RV was clean and everything functioning. The master bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

I have dealt with outdoorsy many times, always a huge success. We have rented from Reggie & Melissa several times. They are the best people! Always willing to help and accommodate your needs.

Hunter and I kept communication during his trip if there were concerns or questions and to update us on the status of the vehicle, since it was a long rental. We were able to come across corrections if they arose. Kept the vehicle generally clean. There was a mistake with the cost of the rental, which was found at the end of the rental period and was discussed with him, in which a compromise was brought up. Due to this hindsight on our side nothing else was pursued or needed corrections, but he was very reasonable or willing to work with us.

Renter left unit quite dirty. Dinette cushions had many dirty spots which required us to remove the cover and wash. A red stain was left on the dinette table. A pillow seemed to be used without the cover and was filthy. We had to throw it away. There didn't seem to be any permanent damage but we have rented this camper many times and we've never had it left this dirty.
