rented the RV for my son & grandsons, 13 & 10, to spend Christmas with me. It was perfect for them. Very clean and well maintained with all the amenities you need. Would highly recommend renting this RV. The host,Tom, made sure we knew how everything worked & completely set it up.

Julie rented my RV for an on-site stay during Christmas week. Unfortunately, there were several challenges during this rental:
∙ The toilet pedal was left in the down position on the first night, causing water to run continuously. Despite the water being visibly and audibly running, it was not addressed for several hours, resulting in an overflow and a full tank.
∙ Communication became difficult mid-rental. I provided troubleshooting guidance for the outlets (tripped GFC on their house confirmed upon return) and offered contact information for a pump service, but received vague responses.
∙ Upon pickup, Julie expressed dissatisfaction to my delivery driver (rather than communicating with me directly) and stated they “didn’t even get to use it,” despite the RV being functional once basic troubleshooting was completed.
∙ The RV was returned with water damage that I am still assessing and working to remediate.
I understand RVing can be new to some renters, but this rental required an unusual amount of problem-solving on issues that were user-error.
