A complete disregard of the rules. Most importantly, no drivers other than who is listed on the Outdoorsy insurance, and she agreed to it. Then some strager drives it back to my driveway and the renter has nothing but backtalk when asked why. No cleanup, No dumping, No one asked to use my sunpass but they rolled up $85 worth of charges and never said a word about it. I hate renting to children with bad attitudes but its hard to know up front.

Jenny was very easy to work with. Obviously treated our camper like it was her own. The camper was clean and no damage whatsoever when she returned it I would definitely rent to Jenny again.

The van itself and the staff were outstanding! They explained everything and the van was in wonderful shape! It was an outstanding van!!
Our problem was that we had requested a smaller van and twice we were told the van we requested was under repair. We rescheduled our trip and we got a call the day before saying the smaller van was not available. We were unable to reschedule at such a short notice.
Again, the staff were so wonderful and if we had gotten the van we requested it would have been a perfect trip!
