I had this camper for 12 nights in June 2025 and did about a 1300 mile round trip with it to an event between Pecos and Fort Stockton, Texas. It towed fine with my 2023 F-250. I found the camper to be comfortable and a good choice for this particular trip. This was my second time renting an RV ever and my second time using this Outdoorsy platform for the rental.I found Adam to be pleasant to deal with overall. I would rent from him again. This rental for this entire trip cost me just over $2,800 total so over $230 per night. This amount includes the daily rental, Outdoorsy fees, insurance, taxes, a $350 cleaning charge and a $200 charge for minor scratches on the fascia of the two slides. The cleaning charge was for the exterior, particularly the AC rooftop units, due to the extremely dusty conditions where I was doing some volunteer work.In the interest of helping future renters of this camper, I do think it is important to note a few things. You should plan to do a very, very thorough inspection of the camper before you accept it for your trip. You should take pictures of everything, including the complete exterior (including roof and tops of slides) and make sure that you note any existing damage, missing equipment or other issues. I did a brief inspection but did not take any pictures. Adam and I noted some preexisting damage in the interior but there was no written documentation of it and I did not take pictures. It was also quite late in the day when I did the initial inspection so it was hard to see some of the exterior. Adam is apparently an RV tech and will do a very thorough inspection when you return the camper. You will be charged for any damage that you can't prove was preexisting. I do not fault him for doing this but I was unprepared for this at the end of the trip.At the time of my trip in June 2025 the microwave oven was malfunctioning. It was usable for me as an adult but the particular failure mode (the magnetron continues to run and emit radio waves whenever the unit has power and the door is closed) could result in a fire caused by food in the microwave continuing to be heated after the cooking timer has ended. The only way to turn off the magnetron was to leave the door open or to turn off the circuit breaker.Adam was late when meeting me to deliver the camper and in meeting for me to return it. Both times he arrived over an hour beyond the time we had agreed to.Again, in spite of the concerns I've noted above, I found this camper to be a good choice for my trip and Adam to be pleasant to deal with. I would rent from him again.
