My wife and two daughters had a good time in the van. The host was helpful and communicated well. The van let us explore the whole island and. The van has some great features and was comfortable to sleep 4 adults. They provided a portable battery for keeping devices charged. Beach chairs, a couple of snorkeling sets, towels.
We had a few issues along the way, most of them were no big deal but worth noting:
- we had some pretty wet weather several nights and discovered several leaks in the van.
- the fridge stopped working for a day and we lost some food but it did start working again the next day and through the rest of our trip.
- the stove does not work but the host provided a couple of camping stoves that did the trick.
Overall we really enjoyed the experience and would do it again.

The hosts were amazing and the can was perfect! Just what I needed this week. It allowed me to sleep amongst the waves and get around! Highly recommend.

Hosts are very sweet and accommodating but the previous hosts had put some misleading info on the listing, which I believe they have fixed. The blankets we got had dog or cat hair on them but they switched them. Also there were a few small roaches in the van. No AC. Gas is very expensive

This was our first time renting a camper, and we thought it would be complicated — but it turned out to be the best experience ever. The owners were incredibly helpful: they met us in person, walked us through the entire camper, and explained everything clearly. Whenever we had questions during the trip, they responded within five minutes every single time.

This was a great way to see Hawaii. We stayed at a couple of state parks on the east side and some great Hipcamps. We saw lots of nature and Suzi had everything we needed. The solar is not reliable for the microwave or the refrig so keep a freezer bag of ice in the refrig and all is good. We loved our time with Suzi.

Zusi was Great! She had everything you needed for a home away from home. Clean, and fun little unit to drive. Eileen and Carl were fantastic to deal with and even helped out with finding a spot for us to campout for the week.

The communication was great even before the trip started. Carl and Eileen had the van setup well and made the trip very convenient. Their pickup and drop off situation were effortless which made planning during the trip easy.

Carl is great host.Super friendly.Van has real beach vibe, no fuss.Shower is a great feature.Perfect accommodation for keeplng an eye on our house while work being done. Will recommend to friends.Will rent from Carl again🙂
